HOUSE RULES

To ensure safe operation and a healthy environment in the apartments, we are issuing these House Rules, which are binding for all persons staying in the house on the basis of a contractual relationship.

These House Rules are also issued for risk prevention in the house.

Dear Guests,
Please take some time to read our House Rules.

  1. Guests must present a valid identity card or travel document when checking in.
  2. Guests use the house for the arranged period of time.
  3. On the check-in date, the house is available from 4 p.m. or 6 p.m., or according to prior arrangement.
  4. If the departure time on the check-out date was not arranged ahead of time, the guest shall check out no later than at 10 a.m. on the last day of the stay, and he shall be obliged to vacate the house by this time.
  5. Guests must keep the space neat and clean and comply with the provisions of these House Rules. In the event of a gross breach, the operator shall have the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services before the end of the stay, while the guest shall be obliged to pay for the accommodation services provided so far.
  6. The customer takes over the house without defects at the beginning of the stay. If he discovers any defects, he must immediately notify the accommodation provider. In the event of intentional damage to the house or the equipment of the house, or damage caused by negligence, the guest shall pay for the resulting damage in full.
  7. In the event of irreversible damage to the equipment of the house (irreversible mechanical, chemical and other damage to paintings, upholstery, mattresses, bedding, furniture, electronics, bathroom ceramics, etc.), the guest will pay the price of the damaged equipment based on purchase prices documented by the operator.
  8. The accommodation provider is not responsible for the money, jewellery and other valuables of guests.
  9. Guests are not allowed to move equipment or tamper with the electrical grid or other installations.
  10. All accommodated guests must keep the space neat and clean and wear house shoes
  11. Guests are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances in any areas of the house. This does not apply to electrical appliances used for personal hygiene (shavers, hair dryers, etc.).
  12. Visitors are not allowed, or they must be reported to the accommodation provider.
  13. Please keep the kitchen clean and in order. Wash the dishes and clean up before you check out. Please take any food or spices you brought with you when you leave.
  14. Please do not throw wet wipes, baby diapers or other hygiene items into the toilet.
  15. When leaving the room, guests must turn off all electrical devices, turn off the lights, close the windows and lock the door.
  16. Garbage must only be placed in designated containers at a designated location.
  17. It is not advisable to leave children under 10 without adult supervision in the house for safety reasons.
  18. Smoking is banned inside the house and there is a strict open flame ban, so please do not smoke. Failure to comply is punishable by a fine of CHF 500.
  19. It is not allowed to bring bicycles, skis and other larger sports equipment into the house. A bicycle shed is used for this purpose.

We hereby ask you to comply with the instructions in our House Rules, and we trust that you will understand the above restrictions. These restrictions had to be adopted in order to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.
